- 1/2 c. chopped green onion
- 1 Tbsp. butter
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tsp. cayenne pepper
- 3 strips bacon, diced
- 3 cans cream of potato soup
- 1 can cream of celery soup
- 1 (8 oz.) cream cheese (softened with clam juice)
- 2 soup cans milk
- 3 to 4 cans clams, drained
- 1 (8 oz.) can whole kernel corn, undrained
- 1 c. diced celery
- 1 c. diced carrots
Directions

1In large soup pot; cook onion in butter with garlic, cayenne, and bacon until onion is tender.

2Pour in the rest of the ingredients.

3Bring to a boil, reduce heat and simmer for 20 minutes or until carrots are tender.
