  • 1/2 c. chopped green onion
  • 1 Tbsp. butter
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tsp. cayenne pepper
  • 3 strips bacon, diced
  • 3 cans cream of potato soup
  • 1 can cream of celery soup
  • 1 (8 oz.) cream cheese (softened with clam juice)
  • 2 soup cans milk
  • 3 to 4 cans clams, drained
  • 1 (8 oz.) can whole kernel corn, undrained
  • 1 c. diced celery
  • 1 c. diced carrots

Directions

    In large soup pot; cook onion in butter with garlic, cayenne, and bacon until onion is tender.

    Pour in the rest of the ingredients.

    Bring to a boil, reduce heat and simmer for 20 minutes or until carrots are tender.

    Stir occasionally.
