  • 6 medium white or red potatoes
  • 6 oz. salt pork
  • 3 small onions, chopped
  • 1 c. chopped clams
  • 2 c. clam juice
  • 1 c. water

Directions

    Dice potatoes.

    Brown salt pork in a 2-quart pot.

    Add onions, potatoes and chopped clams.

    Cover with clam juice and water. Bring to a boil and then simmer for about 20 minutes.
