- 1/2 stick butter
- 6 large potatoes
- 1 qt. water
- 1 Tbsp. celery flakes
- 2 cans minced clams
- 2 cans cream of celery soup
- 1 qt. milk
- salt and pepper
Directions

1Chop onion.

2Saute in margarine until tender.

3Add water and potatoes, celery, clams, salt and pepper.

4Cook about 30 minutes or until potatoes are tender.

5Add celery soup and milk.

6Simmer approximately 30 minutes.
