  • 1 large onion
  • 1/2 stick butter
  • 6 large potatoes
  • 1 qt. water
  • 1 Tbsp. celery flakes
  • 2 cans minced clams
  • 2 cans cream of celery soup
  • 1 qt. milk
  • salt and pepper

Directions

    Chop onion.

    Saute in margarine until tender.

    Add water and potatoes, celery, clams, salt and pepper.

    Cook about 30 minutes or until potatoes are tender.

    Add celery soup and milk.

    Simmer approximately 30 minutes.
