- 2 c. skim milk
- 1 tsp. Butter Buds (powder)
- 1 (6 1/2 oz.) can chopped clams
- 2 medium potatoes, chopped
Directions

1Simmer chopped onion and celery in microwave in the milk and 1 teaspoon Butter Buds until vegetables are soft.

2Add clams and potatoes.

3Cook until potatoes are done.

4Thicken with instant mashed potatoes.,

5Add no salt; celery has all that's needed for flavor.
