Ingredients
- 1/4 c. butter
- 1/4 c. vegetable oil
- 1 clove garlic, minced
- 3 Tbsp. flour
- 3 (8 oz.) cans minced clams
- 1/4 c. chopped parsley
- dash of Tabasco
- pinch of thyme
- pinch of rosemary
- 1 (1 lb.) pkg. spaghetti, cooked and drained
- 1 Tbsp. chopped pimento
Directions

1Melt butter in large saucepan.

2Add oil and garlic.

3Cook over low heat 5 minutes.

4Combine flour with juice from a can of clams; blend until smooth.

5Stir into butter mixture.

6Add clams and remaining clam juice, parsley, Tabasco, thyme and rosemary. Simmer sauce about 10 minutes.

7Turn hot spaghetti into serving dish.

8Add clam sauce and toss gently.

9Sprinkle with pimento. Makes 4 to 6 servings.
