- 1 Tbsp. oil
- 1/4 c. chopped onion
- 1/4 c. diced green pepper
- 1 can white clam sauce
- 3/4 c. bread crumbs
- 1/2 c. shredded Cheddar cheese
Directions

1Preheat oven to 350°.

2In a small pan, heat oil; add onion and pepper.

3Saute 5 minutes.

4Remove from heat.

5Stir in clam sauce, bread crumbs and cheese.

6Put mixture into oven-safe casserole dish.

7Cover and bake 20 minutes (when cheese is melted).

8Serve warm with crackers.
