- 1 lb. fettucine
- 8 oz. cream cheese
- 1/4 c. butter or margarine
- 3/4 c. Parmesan cheese
- 1/2 c. heavy or whipping cream
- 1/2 c. milk
- 2 Tbsp. chopped parsley
- 8 oz. scallops
Directions

1Cook fettucine according to package directions; drain. Meanwhile, in a small saucepan, melt butter or margarine over medium heat.

2Stir in heavy cream and milk.

3Gradually stir in cream cheese, then Parmesan cheese until well blended.

4Stir in parsley.

5In small pan, cook scallops and add to sauce.

6Pour over hot fettucine.

7Serves 6.
