- 2 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen broccoli spears or 1 bunch fresh broccoli
- 1/4 c. butter or margarine
- 6 Tbsp. all-purpose flour
- 2 c. chicken broth
- 1/2 c. whipping cream
- 3 Tbsp. dry white wine (optional)
- 3 chicken breasts, halved and cooked
- 1/4 c. grated Parmesan cheese
Directions

1Cook broccoli using package directions or if using fresh broccoli, peel, cut and steam approximately 8 to 10 minutes, until tender, but firm.
