  • 2 small cucumbers, peeled, seeded, and diced (about 1 1/2 cups)
  • 1 cup diced cooked chicken
  • 1 avocado, halved, peeled, pitted, and diced
  • 1 cup grated cheddar cheese (4 ounces)
  • 1/2 cup chopped pimientos
