  • 1 cup corn syrup, light
  • 1 cup brown sugar
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 13 cup butter melted
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 3 large eggs
  • 2 cups pecans

    Preheat oven to 350F (180C).

    Add everything except eggs & stir.

    Beat eggs in separate bowl.

    Add eggs to mixture.

    Pour the mixture into pie crust, top with pecans.

    Put into oven for 1 hour and 10 minutes.

    After 30 minutes, wrap aluminum foil around edges of crust.
