Classic Hot Chocolate

  • 4 cups milk, divided
  • 1/2 cup whipping cream
  • 4 oz. BAKER'S Semi-Sweet Chocolate, chopped
  • 1 tsp. vanilla
  • 1/2 cup JET-PUFFED Miniature Marshmallows

Directions

    Cook 1/2 cup milk, whipping cream and chocolate in medium saucepan on medium heat 5 min.

    or until chocolate is almost melted and mixture is well blended, stirring constantly with whisk.

    (Do not let mixture come to boil.)

    Remove from heat; whisk until blended and chocolate is completely melted.

    Add remaining milk; cook 3 to 5 min.

    or until heated through, stirring occasionally.

    Stir in vanilla.

    Pour into mugs; top with marshmallows.
