  • 1 cup cooked chickpeas, drained
  • 2 large garlic cloves, chopped
  • 2 tablespoons tahini
  • Juice of 1 lemon
  • 1/2 cup extra-virgin olive oil
  • Salt and freshly ground pepper

Directions
