  • 9 lasagna noodles
  • 2 tsp. olive oil
  • 1 tsp. salt
  • 1 lb. lean ground beef
  • 4 fresh garlic cloves, minced
  • 2 Tbsp. fresh oregano or 1 Tbsp. dried
  • 2 Tbsp. fresh basil or 1 Tbsp. dried
  • 2 c. grated Mozzarella cheese
  • 1 c. grated Parmesan cheese
  • 2 eggs, beaten
  • 1 (15 oz.) container Ricotta cheese
  • 1/2 c. Parmesan cheese for topping

Directions

    Cook lasagna noodles in boiling water with olive oil and salt until tender; drain.

    Brown ground beef with garlic, basil and oregano; drain off any grease and set aside.
