  • 1 lb. spaghetti, uncooked
  • 10 slices OSCAR MAYER Bacon, cut into 1/2-inch pieces
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 4 eggs
  • 1/2 tsp. freshly ground black pepper
  • 1/2 cup whipping cream
  • 1-1/4 cups KRAFT Shredded Parmesan Cheese, divided
  • 2 Tbsp. chopped fresh parsley

    Cook spaghetti as directed on package, omitting salt.

    Meanwhile, cook and stir bacon in large skillet on medium heat until crisp.

    Remove bacon from skillet with slotted spoon; drain on paper towels.

    Discard all but 3 Tbsp.

    drippings from skillet.

    Add garlic to drippings; cook 1 min.

    or until fragrant.

    Whisk eggs in large bowl until blended.

    Drain spaghetti, reserving 3/4 cup cooking water.

    Gradually add reserved water to eggs, whisking constantly.

    Add spaghetti and cream to bacon mixture in skillet; mix lightly.
