- 3 eggs
- 1 c. sugar
- 1 c. corn syrup (light or dark)
- 2 Tbsp. margarine or butter, melted
- 1 tsp. vanilla
- 1 1/2 c. pecan halves
- 1 unbaked 9-inch deep-dish pie shell
Directions

1Heat oven to 350°.

2Beat eggs slightly in bowl.

3Add sugar, margarine and vanilla.

4Mix in pecans.

5Set pie shell on heavy-duty baking sheet.

6Pour filling into pie shell.

7Bake in 350° oven 45 to 50 minutes, until knife inserted midway between center and rim tests clean.

8Cool on rack to room temperature.
