- 1 frozen deep-dish pie crust
- 3 eggs
- 1 c. sugar
- 1 c. light or dark corn syrup
- 2 Tbsp. butter, melted
- 1 tsp. vanilla extract
- 1 1/2 c. pecan halves
Directions

1In medium bowl, beat eggs slightly.

2Add sugar, corn syrup, butter and vanilla; stir until blended.

3Stir in pecans.

4Pour into frozen pie crust.

5Bake in a preheated 350° oven on a preheated baking sheet, 50 to 55 minutes, or until knife inserted halfway between center and edges comes out clean.

6Cool on rack. Serves 8.
