  • 1 frozen deep-dish pie crust
  • 3 eggs
  • 1 c. sugar
  • 1 c. light or dark corn syrup
  • 2 Tbsp. butter, melted
  • 1 tsp. vanilla extract
  • 1 1/2 c. pecan halves

Directions

    In medium bowl, beat eggs slightly.

    Add sugar, corn syrup, butter and vanilla; stir until blended.

    Stir in pecans.

    Pour into frozen pie crust.

    Bake in a preheated 350° oven on a preheated baking sheet, 50 to 55 minutes, or until knife inserted halfway between center and edges comes out clean.
