  • 1-1/2 cup Sugar
  • 1/2 cups Butter, Softened
  • 1/2 cups Sour Cream
  • 3 Eggs
  • 1-1/2 cup All-purpose Flour
  • 1/4 teaspoons Baking Soda

Directions

    In a large bowl, cream together sugar and butter. Add eggs and sour cream, beat until fluffy. Add flour and baking soda last. Mix until all ingredients are incorporated well.

    Pour batter into a greased loaf pan. Bake at 375°F for 55 minutes to 1 hour or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.

    Top with whipped cream, berries, powdered sugar, a powdered sugar and milk glaze, or ice cream with your favorite sauce.
