- 4 large green peppers
- 1 lb. (450 g) extra-lean ground beef
- 1 large onion, chopped
- 1/4 cup Kraft Extra Virgin Olive Oil Tuscan Italian Dressing
- 1-1/2 cups cooked long-grain white rice
- 1 can (14 fl oz/398 mL) tomato sauce, divided
- 1/4 cup water
Directions

1Heat oven to 400F.

2Cut tops off peppers; chop finely.

3Remove and discard seeds.

4Cook peppers, meat and onions in dressing in large skillet on medium heat until meat is evenly browned, stirring occasionally.

5Add rice and 1 cup tomato sauce; mix well.

6Mix remaining tomato sauce and water in 9-inch square baking dish.

7Stand peppers in baking dish; fill with meat mixture.

8Cover.

9Bake 35 to 40 min.

11Serve peppers topped with sauce from bottom of dish.
