  • 4 large green peppers
  • 1 lb. (450 g) extra-lean ground beef
  • 1 large onion, chopped
  • 1/4 cup Kraft Extra Virgin Olive Oil Tuscan Italian Dressing
  • 1-1/2 cups cooked long-grain white rice
  • 1 can (14 fl oz/398 mL) tomato sauce, divided
  • 1/4 cup water

    Heat oven to 400F.

    Cut tops off peppers; chop finely.

    Remove and discard seeds.

    Cook peppers, meat and onions in dressing in large skillet on medium heat until meat is evenly browned, stirring occasionally.

    Add rice and 1 cup tomato sauce; mix well.

    Mix remaining tomato sauce and water in 9-inch square baking dish.

    Stand peppers in baking dish; fill with meat mixture.
