Clay'S Spicy Broccoli

  • Broccoli 1 head
  • Red Bell Pepper 1
  • Sunflower Oil 2 T
  • Sesame Oil 2 t
  • Soy Sauce 1 T
  • Garlic 1 toe, fine dice
  • Ginger 1/3 cup, fine dice
  • Sesame Seeds 1 T

Directions

    Heat up 2 T Sunflower oil on high heat

    Chop up a toe of garlic and 2 small dry spicy red peppers (bird's eye chilis), 1 t regular salt, and throw in the pan

    Add 1 red bell pepper (chopped) saute until nearly al dente (3 minutes)

    Add 1 large head of broccoli chopped for 5-10 min until al dente (put the broccoli stalks in before the florettes, as they take much longer to cook)

    Add sesame oil, about 2 t, and 1 T soy sauce

    Put in 1/3 cup chopped ginger, toss for one minute. Take off heat

    Sprinkle sesame seeds 1 T and Maldon sea salt on top and add fresh cracked pepper
