Club Fruit Salad

Ingredients

  • 1/2 c. sugar
  • 3 Tbsp. cornstarch
  • 1 c. pineapple juice
  • 1/2 c. orange juice
  • 1 slightly beaten egg
  • 1 envelope (1 Tbsp.) unflavored gelatin, dissolved in 1/4 c. lemon juice
  • 1 can (2 1/2 c.) pineapple tidbits, reserve juice after draining
  • 2 c. Tokay grapes, seeded and halved
  • 1 large orange, pared and sliced
  • 1 1/2 c. miniature marshmallows
  • 1/2 c. broken pecans
  • 1 c. heavy cream or whipping cream (whipped until it forms stiff peaks)

Directions

    Combine fruit, nuts, whipped cream, marshmallows and cooled cooked mixture.

    Pour into 11 x 7 x 1 1/2-inch pan.
