Ingredients

  • 36 Triscuit Original Crackers
  • 1/4 cup Kraft Mayo Real Mayonnaise or chutney or mustard
  • 1/3 cup cooked chicken or turkey slices or any sliced meat or cheese, finely shredded
  • 2 leaves of lettuce, finely shredded
  • 6 slices bacon, crisply cooked and crumbled (optional)
  • 1 small tomato, seeded and finely diced

Directions

    SPREAD 12 crackers with mayonnaise.

    TOP each cracker with some shredded meat or cheese and then with some lettuce.

    COVER each with a second cracker.

    SPREAD with more mayonnaise and top with a bit of bacon, tomato, and more lettuce.

    COVER with a third cracker.

    SERVE immediately or make up ahead of time.

    BEFORE serving, microwave on HIGH for 1 minute or bake at 325F (160C) in oven until heated through.
