- 1 c. sugar
- 5 Tbsp. water
- 1/8 to 1/4 tsp. salt
- 1 1/2 tsp. vanilla
- 1 1/2 tsp. cinnamon
Directions

1Roast pecans 10 to 12 minutes at 300°.

2In large saucepan, combine remaining ingredients.

3Cook on high approximately 2 minutes, or until forms soft ball in water.

4Remove from heat. Add pecans and stir by hand until sugared.

5Pour out on wax paper and separate.
