- pinch of salt
- 2 c. pecan halves
Directions

1Beat egg whites until stiff.

3Dip pecans in this, one at a time.

4Place on a greased baking sheet. Bake 30 minutes at 225°, then turn oven off and let stay for 30 minutes more.

5It takes a good while to dip the pecans, so don't turn your oven on until you get them on the sheet.
