  • 2 egg whites
  • 1 c. sugar
  • 2 tsp. water
  • 1/2 c. margarine
  • pinch of cinnamon

Directions

    Beat egg whites until frothy. Add sugar, water and a little cinnamon. Melt margarine in pan in 200° oven. Pour pecans in bowl with egg whites and mix. Layer in pan with margarine. Check every 10 minutes until done.
