  • 8 oz skinless,boneless chicken breast
  • 1 tsp olive oil
  • 1/2 tsp blackened redfish magic seasoning
  • 5 cup chopped romaine lettuce
  • 3/4 cup crumbled blue cheese
  • 4 slice hickory smoked bacon
  • 2 hard boiled eggs,halved
  • 1/2 slice avocado
  • 1 cup chopped vine ripe tomotatoes
  • 1/2 cup greek vinaigrette dressing

Directions

    preheat grill on high, rub the chicken breast with olive oil and seasoning, then place on the hot grill.

    Lower heat to med high and cook, covered,for 10min or until no longer pink in the center turning once.

    remove chicken from grill and let rest for 10min before slicing.

    divide lettuce, cheese, bacon, eggs, avacado and tomatoes between two plates.

    Top with warm chicken slices.

    Drizzle 1/4 cup of the dressing over each salad.
