  • 2 c. unsifted flour
  • 1 tsp. baking soda
  • 2 sticks margarine
  • 1 1/2 c. mini marshmallows
  • 2 c. sugar
  • 2 eggs
  • 1/2 tsp. salt
  • 1 c. Coca-Cola
  • 2 Tbsp. cocoa
  • 1 tsp. vanilla
  • 1/2 c. buttermilk

    Sift flour and sugar in a bowl.

    Heat margarine, cocoa and Coke to boiling point; pour over flour mixture.

    Add buttermilk, soda, eggs, vanilla, salt and marshmallows.

    Batter will be thin and marshmallows will float on top.

    Pour into a greased and floured 10 x 12-inch pan.

    Bake at 350° for 30 to 35 minutes.
