  • 2 c. sugar
  • 2 sticks butter
  • 3 Tbsp. cocoa
  • 1 c. Coke
  • 1/2 c. buttermilk
  • 2 beaten eggs
  • 1 tsp. soda
  • 1 tsp. vanilla
  • 1 1/2 c. miniature marshmallows

    Combine

    Heat butter, cocoa and Coke until it boils. Pour over sugar and flour mixture. Mix.

    Add buttermilk,

    eggs, soda, vanilla and marshmallows. Beat well. Bake 30 to 40 minutes in 350° oven.

    Ice while hot.
