  • 2 c. flour
  • 2 c. sugar
  • 1 1/2 c. mini marshmallows
  • 2 sticks butter
  • 1 tsp. soda
  • 3 Tbsp. cocoa
  • 1 c. Coca-Cola
  • 1/2 c. buttermilk
  • 2 eggs, beaten
  • 1 tsp. vanilla

Directions

    Combine flour, sugar and marshmallows in a mixing bowl.

    Heat butter, cocoa and Coca-Cola to boiling and combine with the first mixture.

    Add buttermilk, eggs, soda and vanilla which have been beaten together first and mix well.

    This will be a thin batter with some marshmallows floating on top.

    Bake in greased and floured 9 x 13-inch pan for 30 to 35 minutes at 350°.

    Ice while hot.
