  • 2 c. sugar
  • 2 sticks butter
  • 1 c. Coca-Cola
  • 1/2 c. buttermilk
  • 2 eggs
  • 2 tsp. vanilla
  • 1 tsp. baking powder
  • 1/4 tsp. salt
  • 1 1/2 c. mini marshmallows
  • 2 Tbsp. cocoa

    Mix flour and sugar in a large bowl.

    Melt butter in small saucepan.

    Add Coca-Cola and cocoa.

    Bring just to a boil.

    Stir into flour mixture.

    Blend in buttermilk, eggs, vanilla, baking soda and salt.

    Fold in marshmallows.

    Pour into 9 x 13-inch greased pan.
