  • 6 oz. pkg. pretzel sticks
  • 1 pkg. crisp rice cereal
  • 1 1/2 c. butter
  • 1/4 c. Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 Tbsp. garlic salt
  • 1 Tbsp. onion salt
  • 1 Tbsp. celery salt
  • 1 lb. 2 oz. can salted peanuts
  • 1 pkg. crisp oat cereal

    large roasting pan, heat butter until melted and stir in Worcestershire sauce, garlic, onion and celery salt.

    Mix well and pour over cereal mixture; mix

    and bake 1 hour.

    stir well and bake 1 hour more.
