  • 1/2 c. Mayonnaise
  • 2 Tbsp. Flour
  • 2 Beaten Eggs
  • 1/2 c. Milk
  • 2/3 c. Crabmeat
  • 8 oz. Swiss Cheese, cubed
  • 1/3 c. Green Onions
  • Dash, Cayenne Pepper
  • Parsley
  • 9-inch Pie Shell
  • As many fish fillets as you and your guests will eat.
  • Butter or ?
  • Cajun seasoning or ?
  • Lemon, Parsley, Fresh Dill and/or ?

Directions

    Broil fish fillet about five minutes 2 to 3 inches from the flame.

    Pierce with a fork at 1-inch intervals.
