  • 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 tablespoon grated fresh horseradish
  • 1 teaspoon cider vinegar
  • 1 teaspoon prepared mustard
  • 1 lemon, juice of
  • 1 pinch celery salt
  • 3 -4 drops hot pepper sauce
  • 2 tablespoons whipping cream

    In a medium bowl, thoroughly mix all the ingredients, except hot-pepper sauce and cream, using a fork to lightly beat.
