- .5 oz/14g finely chopped cocoa nibs
- granulated sugar to taste
Directions

1Bring cream and nibs to boil.

2Remove from heat and cover for 20 minutes.

3Strain cream, pressing on solids to extract liquid.

4Discard nibs.

5Chill cream until cold enough to whip.

6Whip w/ sugar to taste.
