  • 1/2 c. oil
  • 1 tsp. vanilla
  • 1 1/3 c. sugar
  • 1/2 c. cocoa
  • 1 1/4 c. flour
  • 1/4 tsp. salt

    Beat with spoon until slightly frothy.

    Add oil and vanilla.

    Mix thoroughly.

    Stir in sugar and cocoa.

    Oil bottom of a 9 x 9-inch pan.
