Cocoa Cinnamon Pound Cake

- 1 c. butter or margarine
- 2 1/2 c. sugar
- 5 eggs
- 3 c. flour
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 1/2 tsp. baking powder
- 1/2 c. cocoa
- 1 tsp. cinnamon
- 1 c. milk
- 1 tsp. vanilla
Directions

1Cream butter until light and fluffy.

2Add sugar gradually, creaming well.

3Add eggs, one at a time, beating well.

4Mix in separate bowl flour, salt, baking powder, cocoa and cinnamon. Alternate milk and dry ingredients, beating just to blend.

5Add vanilla.

6Pour into greased and floured 10-inch tube pan or 3-quart Bundt pan.

7Bake at 375° for 1 1/2 hours or until done. Cool for 15 minutes, then remove from pan.

8Serve warm with Cool Whip or ice cream.
