  • 2 c. flour
  • 1 c. butter
  • 1 c. Coke
  • 2 eggs, beaten
  • 1 tsp. vanilla
  • 2 c. sugar
  • 2 Tbsp. cocoa
  • 1/2 c. buttermilk
  • 1 tsp. baking soda
  • 1 1/2 c. miniature marshmallows

Directions

    In a bowl, combine flour and sugar. In pan, combine butter, cocoa and Coke.

    Heat to boiling and cool. Pour over flour and sugar.
  3. 3
    Stir. Add buttermilk, eggs, baking soda and vanilla.

    Mix well. Add marshmallows.

    Put in a 9 x 13-inch cake pan and bake at 350° for 40 minutes. Remove from oven and frost while cake is still hot.
