• 1 cup sugar
• 12 cup golden brown sugar (packed)
• 12 cup unsalted butter, room temperature
• 2 large eggs, room temperature, beaten to blend
• 10 tablespoons unsalted butter
• 1 13 cups golden brown sugar (packed)
• 1 cup natural unsweetened cocoa
• 2 teaspoons instant espresso powder
• 12 teaspoon scant salt
• 1 cup heavy whipping cream
• 2 teaspoons vanilla extract
