- 1 12 cups sugar
- 13 cup cocoa
- 3 12 teaspoons baking powder
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 egg
- 1 14 cups milk
- 12 cup vegetable oil
- 1 cup nuts
Directions

1Heat oven to 350*.

2Grease and flour loaf pan.

3In large bowl combine all ingredients except nuts.

4Beat with spoon 30 seconds, stir in nuts.

5Pour into prepared pan.

6Bake 70 minutes or until wooden pick inserted in center comes out clean.

7Cool 10 minutes, remove from pan.

8Wrap tightly in foil.

9Cool Completely.
