- 1 c. cake flour
- 1/4 c. cocoa
- 1 tsp. baking powder
- 1/4 tsp. salt
- 3 eggs
- 1 c. sugar
- 1/3 c. water
- 1 tsp. vanilla
- 1 c. whipped cream, sweetened
- confectioners sugar
Directions

1Heat oven to 375°.

2Line 15 1/2 x 10 1/2 x 1-inch jelly roll pan with aluminum foil or waxed paper and grease paper.

3Stir together flour, cocoa, baking powder and salt.

4Set aside.

5In a small bowl, beat eggs 5 minutes, until thickened and lemon colored. Pour eggs into large mixing bowl; beat in granulated sugar.

6On low speed, blend in water and vanilla.

7Gradually add flour mixture, beating just until batter is smooth.

8Pour into pan, spreading batter to corners.

9Bake for 12 to 15 minutes, until wooden pick inserted in center comes out clean.
