  • 4 medium, ripe avocados, pitted
  • 1 cup unsweetened coconut milk
  • 2/3 cup agave nectar
  • 2 medium limes, juiced
  • 1/8 teaspoon kosher salt
  • Cayenne pepper, for garnish (optional)
  • Sweetened coconut flakes, for garnish (optional)
  • Semi-sweet chocolate chips, melted, for garnish (optional)

Directions

    In a blender or the bowl of a food processor, combine avocados, coconut milk, agave, lime juice, and salt; process until smooth and creamy, about 1 minute.

    Divide mixture evenly between 12 (3-ounce) ice pop molds. Freeze for at least 4 hours or until set. Remove pops from the molds and garnish with cayenne, coconut flakes, and/or chocolate, if desired.
