- 1 sandwich loaf, unsliced bread
- 1 small can shredded coconut
- 1 can condensed milk
- 1/4 tsp. blue cake coloring
- 1 tsp. banana flavoring
Directions

1Cut bread into oblong shape 2 x 1-inch.

2Use a teaspoon and put the condensed milk on each side of the bread.

3Mix the coloring and banana flavoring with the coconut.

4Spread the coconut over the slices of bread.

5Place slices on a greased baking sheet.

6Bake at 250° for 20 to 25 minutes.

7Serve hot or cold.
