  • 1 sandwich loaf, unsliced bread
  • 1 small can shredded coconut
  • 1 can condensed milk
  • 1/4 tsp. blue cake coloring
  • 1 tsp. banana flavoring

Directions

    Cut bread into oblong shape 2 x 1-inch.

    Use a teaspoon and put the condensed milk on each side of the bread.

    Mix the coloring and banana flavoring with the coconut.

    Spread the coconut over the slices of bread.

    Place slices on a greased baking sheet.

    Bake at 250° for 20 to 25 minutes.
