- 1 3/4 c. milk
- 2 1/2 c. all-purpose flour
- 2 1/2 tsp. baking powder
- 1 tsp. ground cinnamon
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 1/4 tsp. ground cloves
- 1 1/3 c. sugar
Directions

1In a medium bowl, combine coconut and milk.

2Let stand at room temperature 30 minutes.

4Grease a 9 x 5-inch loaf pan.

5Sift flour, baking powder, cinnamon, salt and cloves into a large bowl.
