- 4 cups flour
- 3 1/2 teaspoons baking powder
- 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
- 1/2 teaspoon nutmeg
- 1 pinch salt
- 2 cups sugar
- 2 cups coconut (Grated)
- 2 large eggs (Beaten)
- 1/2 cup evaporated milk
- 1/2 cup unsalted butter (Melted)
- 1 tablespoon water
Directions

1Sift flour, baking powder, cinnamon, nutmeg and salt together into large bowl.

2Stir in sugar and cocunut.

3Beat in eggs, milk and butter.

4Add water, stir well.

5Divide dough into two greased loaf pans. Bake for 1 hour at 325 degrees.
