  • 1 1/3 c. water
  • 4 eggs
  • 1/4 c. oil
  • 2 c. Baker's Angel Flake coconut
  • 1 c. chopped pecans

    with electric mixer at medium speed for 4 minutes. Stir in coconut and pecans. Bake at 350° for 30 to 35 minutes. Top with Coconut Cream Cheese Icing.
