- 1 box yellow cake mix (rich butter)
- 1 large can cream of coconut mix (room temperature)
- 6 pkg. frozen grated coconut
- 1 (8 oz.) sour cream
Directions

1Make cake per directions on box. Mix cream of coconut mix, coconut and sour cream together.

2Ice cake while warm.

3Put toothpick holes in layers.

4After you ice each layer and put cake together, refrigerate for several hours and then ice around cake. Store cake in refrigerator.

5Makes 3 layers.
