- 1 pkg. (2-layer size) yellow cake mix
- 1 pkg. (4 servings) vanilla instant pudding
- 1 1/3 c. water
- 4 eggs
- 1/4 c. oil
- 2 c. coconut
- 1 c. pecans, chopped
Directions

1Blend cake mix, pudding mix, water, eggs and oil in large mixer bowl.

2Beat at medium speed for 4 minutes.

3Stir in coconut and nuts.

4Pour into 3 greased and floured 9-inch layer cake pans. Bake at 350° for 35 minutes.

5Cool in pans for 15 minutes. Remove and cool on racks.

6Fill and top with Coconut Cream Cheese Frosting.
