  • 2 c. self-rising flour plus 2 Tbsp.
  • 1 stick margarine
  • 1 1/2 c. sugar
  • 1 c. milk
  • 1 tsp. vanilla
  • 2 whole eggs
  • 2 cans flaked coconut

Directions

    Mix flour, sugar, margarine and 3/4 cup milk until blended, then add eggs, remainder of milk and vanilla. Beat well. Bake in 2 layer pans at 350° for 30 to 35 minutes.
