  • 8 oz. sour cream
  • 2 pkg. frozen coconut
  • 1 1/2 c. Cool Whip

    Split cake layers open (4 layers) turn inside up to soak up icing.

    Blend sugar, sour cream, and coconut.

    Blend remaining 1 cup with Cool Whip.
