- 3 eggs
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 1 c. sugar granulated
- 2/3 c. butter
- 1/3 c. milk
- 1 tsp. vanilla
- 2 c. flour
- 3 tsp. baking powder
- 1 can baking coconut (6 or 8 oz. can)
Directions

1Separate white of eggs in small bowl.

2Mix egg yolk, butter and sugar together.

3Add dry ingredients; beat.

4Then add milk and coconut.

5Beat white of eggs until stiff; fold into cake mix. Pour in two 8-inch cake pans.

6Bake at 350°

7for 35 minutes.
