  • Any yellow cake mix - baked in two layers
  • 1- 8 oz. cream cheese
  • 1 - 8 oz. Cool Whip
  • 1/2 c. confectioners sugar
  • 1 can coconut

Directions

    Mix cream cheese, Cool Whip and sugar with 1/2 can coconut. Frost cake with mixture.

    Sprinkle rest of coconut flakes on top of cake.

    Keep refrigerated.
